How was everyone's Christmas?

I came down with the flu and have felt terrible last couple days. Went to minute clinic and she said I can return Thursday, so between the snow storm, holidays and flu I'll be off for a week.

Sorry to hear it. Hope you recover quickly! Here’s a prime rib from Christmas. 😎

That looks good!

Did you bring enough for the rest of the class?

See, if you had gotten the Covid shot, six boosters, the flu shot for the past four years, the pneumonia shot, the shingles shot, etc....

You probably still have an 88% chance of getting sick with something! Hope you feel better before you go back to driving.

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Well, yeah. But it was a small class. You asked; “how was your Christmas?” So…

But seriously, I hope you’re better tomorrow so you can enjoy a couple of days off.

I spent Christmas in my truck, mostly on I70. Santa was MIA, I’m starting to think he’s not real. (Yes, Virginia). But the Packers won.

Christmas spent with my wife, our daughter, and my father. It has been great being away from the cold and snow.

Spending the holidays with our daughter and son in law in Md. Do not like the cold weather though. Sadly my wife's brother passed away on Christmas day. He was a US Airforce veteran of Vietnam War, retired police officer and had been suffering from Parkinson's Disease for years. He is no longer suffering though. We head back to warmer Florida next Monday. Happy New Year to everyone.

I took two weeks off this year for Christmas. It's been one week now and I am so ready to be rolling again. I've had a great time with my family. I did a lot of cooking which is one of my top enjoyments in life. I really miss my home kitchen while on the road.

That's a beautiful Prime Rib Steve! We cooked a couple of Château Briand for our Christmas dinner. We fed eight adults and seven grandkids. We had a few bites leftover but not a lot.

It's been a great Christmas here at our place!

We enjoyed prime rib for Christmas dinner for the first time! Wow, my wife asks, why hadn't we done this before? I dunno, but we're going to do it from now on. It's always fun to watch the kids open their gifts, even the older ones, haha.
