Happy retirement to you Don!
I've never dreamed of a traditional retirement. I've always enjoyed working and being productive. My wife always wants me to slow down a little, and I suppose I will someday, but I've prepared her to expect me to be true to my nature on into my mid 70's at the least.
You don't need to be a stranger here Don. Retired or not, your input here is always welcome. Happy trails brother!
Good luck, Don! I'm only just getting started, but look forward to where you are, hopefully, many years down the road. Take care!
Congratulations on retirement. Enjoy
Congrats Don, I’m kinda like OS. I retired once and got bored so started driving. I am looking at about 3 more years then look to hang it up myself. Be safe in your travels sir!!
Hey Don,
Congrats on deciding to retire. You will enjoy it as much as I do I'm sure. It has been a pleasure reading your comments and following you through the TT website. I wish you and your family happiness and keep active in something. Don't ever just stop and sit. Good luck

Well, it has been fun, but it is time to ride into the sunset. Retirement may agree with me; it may not. I have enjoyed driving a tractor and my job as a whole. I wish I had changed careers sooner.
Now, I will tie uo some personal loose ends, and start doing some traveling.
To all you drivers who are selfless in giving up your time to teach other drivers here how to be safe and professional drivers and an asset to the profession, I say, "Thank you." Your blunt, no-nonsense approach was greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Brett, for providing a terrific website for drivers; this forum especially.
Take care, all
