Off the top of my head, Knight and Werner both have terminals in Lakeland, so I would think would be a good option if you are willing to drive to their terminals. Cheney Brothers has a few locations including south Florida as well if you are ok with doing food service delivery.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Great points. Not all discrimination is violating a person's rights. You can think of it like this: If it's something where you have a choice in it, then it's probably not protected from discrimination. If it's something having to do with how you were born or something that is beyond your control to change, then it's probably protected from discrimination.
Race, gender, age. Those things can't be changed, so we have rights to protect against such discrimination.
Place of residence, how a person dresses, whether or not a person uses drugs. Those are choices, so we do not have rights protecting us from being discriminated against on the basis of these things.
