I think the video is great, but I do have a mild observation. In the video and elsewhere throughout the new site, all of the photo-realistic images you've created depict the stereotypical rugged male truck driver. Where are the women drivers? The only women I've seen are shown in a supportive role. Or am I just not seeing the pictures? Just something I've noticed.

You're right. So far, the images we've created are men. Today we'll add some women to the mix. They won't appear in the video because that's finished, but they will appear throughout the website.
That's a winner there, Brett. Great video! Couldn't ask for a better, more honest explanation of what the training program actually does.

I have some in the works. I will add them today.

Turtle makes a good observation. I hadn’t thought about this until I read Turtles comment.
One idea is to feature the ladies first when you start doing the interviews. I think the interviews will be wildly popular and as the saying goes “ladies first”.
Good suggestions BK.
Thanks, Chris!

PJ, Davy, BK, and IDMtnGal - thanks so much! It's fun doing that kind of stuff.
Yes! I'm not only going to update some pics, but I'm going to do some video courses in the near future. I'm also going to do some Zoom interviews with the folks here, which we've talked about. So we have a ton of new stuff coming!

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager
The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
