Hello I have a question I was arrested for dwi April of 2022 I got the case dissmissed by the court under a pre trial diversion program but i failed to attend the alr hearing that I was suppose to set up with dps so my license got disqualified for a year I get it back this July. Just wondering how my record is going to look after my license gets active and how employers are gonna see that and what I'm I going to say? I qualify for an expungement next year any answers comments thank you guys

I don't see how it will anything except terrible. DWI charge, did not follow through with arrangements, and a suspended license? Companies and their insurance providers will see your record as nothing but a huge risk they want to avoid. You should seek other avenues of employment.

I have to agree with senior chief. You took a bad situation and made it worse by not doing the things you agreed to do.

Big companies probably won’t be impressed and insurance companies for small carriers will pass on you. With the current economy companies are slowing or stopping hiring and plenty of canadates without the issues you have to choose from.

You will be treading a steep up hill battle for sure.
