My mistake, there is a Lowe's building in Tobyhanna. It's on corporate drive, by where the old FedEx distribution building used to be. It's easy on/easy off from 380. I should've known this, I've been to they complex hundreds of times.
My assumption is you'd be traveling 380S, so you'd get off at exit 8 (Tobyhanna Rt 611) make a right at the blinking light and turn right on to corporate drive.
If you miss the right turn onto corporate drive, you can make a right on to RT 940 (Dunkin donuts to your left, pioneer diner and Wendy's to your right) and get back on 380 N. You'd get off at exit 8, make a right at the stop sign and a right at the light.
