The companies that make CPAP machines, are making them mainly to be used in buildings.
They are powered by 120v and my truck has an inverter with the 120v plugins in a couple places.
So it rides in the bunk during the day and during the night, when I use it, it's put on the pullout table in my Cascadia. I leave it plugged in the socket as I go down the road.

I had a machine, but don’t use one anymore. Like Laura’s, it was 120V. And most modern trucks have AC inverters. Mine is 1800 watts.

I'd like to know how the C-PAP machines are commonly powered when trucking. If it needs to run on 12 volts then I'll need a power adapter. Is there a standard or popular choice? Please let me know, thanks.
