Prime hired me back in January got the job and everything didn’t mention anything bout my recored , I had to leave in april cause of incident back at home but I tried to go back and he mention about a misdemeanor I had in 2021 and the one that’s was pending (I paid it off already) but it confused me cause he didn’t say anything the first time I came onto the job but the 2nd time he did , anyways I’m trying to find trucking jobs who hire with misdemeanor I don’t smoke I was just in the car when it happened

Generally, you should be fine with a misdemeanor.

The problem you're facing now is due to less demand for drivers.

Do you have any experience outside of prime? Do you have a contract with them? Did you finish training?

Right now, Prime is being extremely picky about who they bring on. Even prior prime with years of experience have to have pristine records.
