I was traveling on i-95 in Virginia yesterday. They have signs way down in VA warning that i-95 is closed in PA between exits 25 and 32. I saw the same signs in MD, DE, and NJ.

I guess it is such a busy corridor that they want drivers to plan well in advance to find an alternate route.
