Love it brother. I too owe a lot to this site convincing me to make my start. I'm only a month solo, but this life is so fun and challenging, everything my previous 17 years in manufacturing was not. Roll on, my friend.
Hey Charlie Mac - it's great to hear from you! We're so glad to hear you're doing well. Brett is definitely still around. He's got a lot going on, but I'd imagine he will see this before too long.
Old School! I'll never forget your profile pic as long as I live ❤️ Salt of the Earth I tell ya H'wat.
Many nights I've popped through & almost nobody was around to provide me guidance, and Old School was there like a beacon in the night with his sage advice.
Never fails. Listen to this guy y'all. He'll never steer ya wrong!
Nice to hear from you my old friend. Hope all is well on the other side of the Mississippi.
Hey good to see another familiar face! Glad you’re doing well!
This seems like a good place to break my "radio silence"... though I wasn't silent on purpose, just away keeping busy. Also, I've been around quite often lurking and reading along, awaiting a good opportunity to say "Hey, I'm still here too!" :)
Perhaps this could become the thread where long-time members on TT come out of hibernation and get active again on the threads? Could be fun.
Oh, dang... I just noticed my Avatar/Profile Picture pulled a Houdini and disappeared... going to have to rectify that right quick.

Hey y'all! Just popping into say hello 👋
I haven't been around these parts in a minute. Coming to brush up on my HazMat & what better place to do it in?
I owe a lot to this site. Almost 8 years ago it was the first step in changing my life. I now own my own house (on a lake) my wife gets to stay home & raise my 2 beautiful daughters and I'm still out there doing my best to keep the shiny side up!
Idk if Brett still mods here, but I owe a lot to that guy & the whole TT community.
Good luck to those out there following your dreams. You can do it!
Lots of Love
~CharlieMac
