My understanding is that if you do not have a partner most team companies will pair you up with another driver. You don't necessarily have to come in with a co-driver.
Looking at Covenant's website they say "No partner? No problem." Meaning they'll put you with another driver. I reckon that's the case with the others like CRST and such.

I didn’t want to hijack the thread posted by Leah about the Dollar Tree account, so I’ll ask my question here.
It seems like a number of new drivers are having a difficult time finding a company to get started with. My question is this: Is it an option to apply to a team driving company? Do these companies take individuals such as Leah and pair them up with another driver to form a team?
Team driving for a time might be better than a Dollar Tree job.
Just an idea.
