Bring your own pillow and maybe a light sleeping bag. There's gonna be times when your going to be laying down while your trainer drives and you're gonna need to be in the bottom bunk. You have no idea who you're trainer will be and perfect strangers tend to not want to share bedding. Also, go to walmart and get some shower shoes. And a towel. If you end up showering at a non big chain truck stop you will be glad you had both. If you're training lasts for longer than your clothes can hold out, take a small container of some laundry detergent. If you have to buy it in a truck stop its gonna cost you big.

We have a series of articles about Items To Pack For The Road. That will give you some good ideas.

Yeah, you won't need much. Pillow, sleeping bag, and such like Scott mentioned. About 7 changes of clothing, and include at least one item to handle every type of weather. Cell phone & charger as you mentioned and a laptop or tablet (preferably with some Kindle books or games on it) if you have one. All of your bathroom stuff of course.

Also, check with your company. They might have some specific items they'll want you to have. But you should be able to fit everything (except a sleeping bag or blankey) in one duffel bag. You'll likely have to sleep with that bag on your bed because there won't be any room for it elsewhere.
