Nope you're not going to be able to do it until those are all older than 3 years old. You could go to a school where they will gladly get you your CDL , but then you'd still be up a crick not being able to get hired on.
A lot of the mega companies are self-insured, but having four speeding tickets in less than 3 years, and it doesn't matter that they were for less than 10 mph, you still are a hazard to hire on.
Just let those tickets get older and then look into driving. Hopefully, by then the economy will turn around and you will be more hireable. Guys with good driving records are having a hard time getting hired. Freight is way down, not paying well, so companies are cutting back on the number of trucks they keep on hand.

It's highly unlikely given the marketplace has crashed. But, you can try applying to a variety of carriers hereApply For Paid CDL Training
There are some companies that have traditionally been thought of as second chance companies. I'd recommend seeing if you can get any of those off your record before you try to obtain a CDL.
The other thing you can do is try some class B outfits, but you'll likely find the same issues.

Does anyone know of any trucking companies I can try to be able to get my CDL through or any options to help. I have already been declined from 2 companies prime and Pam because of my driving record. I have 4 moving violations for speeding within the past 3 years but they were all 10mph under. I’m trying to go ahead and get started but I also don’t want to waste my time.
