Some companies do not report it to your DAC until after you leave the company. If you leave on good circumstances, they may even be willing to forgive a minir incident and not report one. My recommendation...stay at that company as long as you can. The more distance between thode accidents and a job switch the better.
A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).
It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.
Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.
How to get your DAC (translated: "Drive-A-Check"): Follow this link: HireRight: Request a Copy of My DAC Report (Trucking Truth's link is outdated & won't work.)
DAC is similar to your financial credit report from Experian, only it's your truck career record.

Hello.
I was wondering if there was any database for all of a driver’s preventable accidents.
I recently pulled my PSP which has my accidents listed as 0. This is nice, but not exactly true. I had a couple preventable accidents when I first started. They only involved only company property being damaged (struck the rim in a curb…twice).
Is there a database that would show those accidents? Or, did they go unreported because the only damage was company property (the rims), so the company just ate the cost and there was no claim filed, per se? They are in the company’s database, of course, but I was surprised to not find them on my PSP report.
So, is there some other database these would show up on? Maybe something the company’s insurer has that they would share with me? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
TWIC:
Transportation Worker Identification Credential
Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.
Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.
