Those are bad violations to have on your record. The 15 over speeding will haunt you for 3-5 years. Apply everywhere and see if someone will give you a shot.
Insurance companies dictate who we can hire, smaller outfits will pass more than likely because of that. Even if the insurance company would approve you the rate would be very high. Smaller companies just can’t afford that.
Bigger self insured companies would have a easier case but most of them have pretty strict polices against that speed violation.
