If you plead out there isn’t anything you can do. The date of issue doesn’t matter, the date of conviction is what everyone goes by.
How much over the limit was it?? Do you or did you have a job before the conviction??
IF it was 15 or more over the limit that will keep companies from hiring you.
This is a tough job market right now and even veteran drivers with spotless records are having trouble finding a job.

This is true for most companies but my last company (or their insurance) went by the violation date, which was the reason I was able to get that job. If he sends out enough apps maybe he’ll get lucky?

So I have been driving for over 3 years got a speeding ticket in 2021, before I got my CDL. Due to the pandemic a court date was not set until Nov 2023. Plead No-Lo not knowing that the ticket was going on my MVR in all honesty I thought it had already posted since I got my CDL late 2021 and have been driving ever since. Now that it has posted every company is basing the speeding ticket on the 2023 court date and I have not had any luck getting a job since. Trying to fight it any suggestions?
