Awesome dude!!! Best way to end the day!!
I love those first few weeks and or months of a new truckstop, while the herds are too timid to try it.
Eventually the herds realize it's a fresh watering hole offering some protection against the 14 hour Eld jackals and Parking enforcement predators of the north American trucking ecosystem and will eventually over crowd it to the point where the strong loners and weakest offspring will avoid it.
The newly minted offspring will often fall prey to the predators in short times unless they learn to adapt to the cruel harsh environment and go nocturnal as the loners do. It's a cycle as old as the birth of the 14 hour clock.

There is a newish Rutters truck stop near Bedford, PA. Not too far from the Walmart DC.
I got here at 18:45 tonight and the place is nearly empty! I thought I was dreaming. Look at all this space!!!
Looks like it has been here for about a year, but I haven't been in this area recently. So not sure exactly when it opened.
It’s funny how our perception of paradise changes after a few years of driving, lol. A new truckstop replaces a trip to a tropical paradise!
I dislike and avoid the big truckstops, namely Pilot, Fly J, Loves and TA. Especially at night when they are packed.
And with the big ones, usually something doesn’t work. Fuel lanes shut down, no DEF, no paper towels, trash containers overflowing, transflow machines broken, etc.
There are some newer stops named CEFCO along several of our routes that are like the one RealDiehl found. We don’t fuel at those, but they usually have good parking.

Had to double check who posted this response. Wasn't sure if it was Davy A. or David Attenborough. Thought I was reading a transcript of Attenborough's latest nature documentary.
Although Davy A. could be short for David Attenborough🤔
Talking about paradise, this is the location in Cashton, WI that I’m picking up at later today. Look at all that space in front of the docks! It doesn’t get much easier than that.

Not sure how long it has been there, but it's a favorite of mine now when taking the PENNA Turnpike, especially since the Breezewood stops are looking worse and worse every day.
I'm surprised nobody has commented yet on a glaring detail in your photo of paradise!? Was it you that spray painted your "Greetings to Trucking Truth" on the side of that Barr-Nunn truck before snapping this picture?
