I was just talking to Pianoman the other day and we both wondered about the Chief. I think he was friends with Turtle, maybe he can shed some light on this mystery.

I’m still pulling inedible tankers for Prime, mostly running in the Midwest, but I go to Canada on a regular basis. I’m coming up on 4 years at Prime.

I very rarely check this forum and a Waylon song parody sums it up:

Turtle notified me of this thread.

I did follow the union thread for a while and even drafted a comment regarding the “basic math”, but lost my enthusiasm and declined to post it. I recently read “Thus Spoke Zarathustra” so I’m kinda in a nihilistic frame of mind.

It's great to hear from you Rob. I hope all is well. I'm also in the Midwest a lot lately, but this week I endured the crazy North East.

I go to the Quala tank wash in East St. Louis regularly.

Every time I go there, I recall picking you up from there.

Yes sir, wasn’t Quala back then, they been buying up all the mom/pops for a few years. I heard they finally got that one. Was always a really nice tank wash.

That’s good news man. Glad to hear it. I haven’t pulled tankers since I left my old company February 2023. I do miss it. Been strictly reefer , and dry box since than.
