Hello everyone!

I am a student currently conducting research on coping mechanisms among truck drivers. While I may not be on the road myself, I'm passionate about understanding the challenges faced by truck drivers and exploring potential ways to support them better.

The aim of this research is to investigate how various online platforms, including social media, messaging apps, forums, and blogs, are utilized by truck drivers as coping mechanisms to manage stress. By understanding these coping strategies, we can potentially identify areas for improvement and better support systems within the trucking industry.
