People with Prime I'm trying to join them once i get my court stuff settled. Is the training 2 weeks with a trainer them do the test. After that I'm confused about how that works will I be with another trainer for however long or by myself?

I'm not sure what you mean by court stuff.

Prime brings u to orientant for a week... u go with a CDL instructor for a few weeks then test and get ur CDL. Then you team train for months.... 50,000 truck miles.

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
