That one is going to be VERY difficult to get past. When experienced drivers with squeaky clean records are having a difficult time finding a new job, you are facing a really difficult hill to climb.
I would imagine you will not find a school or job in trucking for several years. You may be able to get a yard jockey position at a warehouse, not sure. Insurance companies dictate driver requirements and I don’t see them signing off on a charge of that nature.

Hello Guys Got A Question I Have A Class A Misdemeanor Speeding over 35. As Much As I Want To Go Into What Happened, I Just Want To Take Accountability. The Ticket Was From 2021, I Want To Get Into A Training School, Because I Have My CDL Permit. It’s Been Hard Finding A School That Accepts, These Types Of Infractions On My Drivers Background. So Do Any Of You Guys Have Any Recommendations?
