The Restaurant In TA/Petro That Offers Second Plate

I'm a hungry guy sometimes and was wondering what the name of the restaurant is that's inside these stations that offers a second plate free if the first one didn't fill you up. I know its only select locations and I'm pretty sure only from one restaurant but maybe someone with more wisdom on the road can tell me? Thanks.

The name of the restaurant isn't really important. It's the same menu regardless. Country Pride, Fork in the Road, whatever. It's basically any location that doesn't have a buffet has the reorder option, although some items are restricted like surf n turf.
