Starcar, I agree with everything you said, I too have been there. All im saying is there are too many people in our work force these days that think "They dont pay me enough to do that".
You can go into one truck stop and its spotless and one that is so filthy it should be condemned. Its not the pay that makes the difference, its the people and the pride they take in what they do or lack there of. Money wont change that.

I won't flame you...but I will give you some points to ponder..... In this economic age, for those that take pride in themselves, and want to WORK for what they get, and not be on welfare, ANY JOB will do. I truly respect people who go to work every day, knowing that they will be paid a wage that they can't live on. They may have to work 2 of those types of jobs....but atleast they take enough pride in themselves that THEY ARE WORKING. I tip because I've been there. Its not charity, its not expected....Its a gift. God has seen to it that I have been blessed with enough money to house me, feed me, cloth me, and keep me healthy. The very least I can do is pay it forward to those who make an effort to be of the working class, not the welfare class.
