I have a question.... Monday I was in CDL school I took my drug test signed my urine & all the DOT DR said she heard something in the bathroom can I pee again I told her ok cool no problem she then had a dude come in the bathroom w her while she went into then stall & him & myself was in the urinal asked me to remove my sneakers and pants I did so she searched my pants & did not find anything then asked me to remove my draws i told her i didn't feel comfortable doing that w the guy right there then asked me to lower them i did & there was nothing there then asked me to give him my draws again I told her i didnt feel comfortable doing that... then asked for my pants back she said this would be a refusal is this legal.? also is this really a refusal.? I also have this on recording wish i can upload on here

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

DOT:

Department Of Transportation

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
