Hey all. I apologize for not saying anything sooner. Had my phone shut off for a bit. Damn economy!

Anyway, I'm in Richmond, VA at Western Express on lunch now on my first day. Everything going good so far. They are going to take us out for a quick road trip soon. TTYL 👋

Hey Bruce. Sorry about that. Seems like they shut things off when you don't pay the bills. Damn! Lol!

Just got back. I was in the last group for the road trip. Did just fine. Woohoo!

I'm curious how they plan on starting you off. Will you be with a trainer, or will they put you in a team driving situation with another driver from your orientation group?

I know they used to take drivers in a similar situation as yours and assign them another driver to team drive with. That way the two would kind of help each other until they were ready to go solo.

Let us know how it works out.

Hey all. I finished my 2nd day yesterday and all went well. Just classroom stuff. I got a call from my recruiter; Joshua; while I was in class and gave him a call once I got back to the hotel. He said that I needed to talk to the hiring manager and put me through. The hiring manager said that as long as I was good with their terms; drive for them for 6 months; and obviously if my drug test comes back clear, I'm hired!

The only thing is.....I didn't study for the drug test...😆 lol!

I'm not sure what I'm doing now. I'm in the hotel room. My roommate hasn't gotten a call yet, but he doesn't seem to be too concerned.
