Paperwork

So, it was suggested that I look into some paperwork that would allow me to report the hay and livestock hauling I have done for my dad so that I have verifiable work experience, but I am not quite sure how to do that. Does anyone know of any way to do this? I have scale tickets for the hay, I filled them out by hand at the scale house we were using to weigh the loads to know how much to pay. they are all dated because it helped me know which ones were paid and which ones we still needed to pay for.

Zach, is your dad able to help you get the necessary paperwork? Normally, documentation like that would come from the entity you worked for.

I don't know, he wasn't home when I asked, and he didn't have good phone service. I don't even know what forms it would have to be, but he's happy to sign paperwork if I explain what it is, why I need it, and have it ready to go. I just need to know what forms that would be.
