Ouch, well that can certainly screw things up huh? Explains the recent rejections.
My guess would be to contact the issuing state that suspended you and start your quest there. I have no clue what they can...or will...do for you.
If it's a bogus suspension that should've never been there in the first place, you'd think it would be easily removed.
Ask for a supervisor dont go into a long story with 3 people. I would also submit the request in writing, certified mail return receipt requested. Provide all copies of any correspondence you have. If your company at the time has any proof it was reinstated due to error, that could help.
BMI is a formula that uses weight and height to estimate body fat. For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. The BMI's biggest weakness is that it doesn't consider individual factors such as bone or muscle mass. BMI may:
It's quite common, especially for men, to fall into the "overweight" category if you happen to be stronger than average. If you're pretty strong but in good shape then pay no attention.
I agree with Kearsey and Turtle. if it was a false suspension, and you were back out the next day, the company you were at would have paperwork showing the false suspension and how/why it was cleared. talk to the state of Previous Residence to get any paperwork they have on the matter, and it may be as simple as having them communicate with your current state of residence to remove it as it was a paperwork error (from what I understood from what was said).
considering it was a paperwork error, it should be removed easily enough, it's just gonna take some time and effort while you figure out who you need to talk to, what forms need to be filed, etc.
good luck BK

Thanks for the advice. Things like this are like turning into a wrong parking lot. Easy to get into, hard to get out of. lol.

Ok, my license is not suspended. But it was briefly suspended a little over a year ago. Here is the story:
I changed my official state of residence and the paperwork from one state to another got messed up. My FedMed card was up to date, but the state I moved from showed it to be expired and suspended my license. My company was informed that my license was suspended and I got a call from my DM to go to the nearest truck stop and shut down. Long story endless, it was all cleared up the next day and I was back on the road again the next day. Subsequently, I have applied to work for 3 other companies and been turned down. Today I finally found out that this suspension is on my record and without any context, it looks bad to have a license suspension on record. Can I do anything to get this suspension charge removed?

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager
The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
