Hello, Guys how are you ? i hope everythings well firstly thank you for this great form I am currently looking for PAID training opportunities in California or other states. I have applied to several companies, including Swift and Knight Transportation, and encountered some unexpected issues. For Swift, everything seemed to be going well – they scheduled both hotel accommodations and training for me. However, two days before the training was set to begin, I received a call saying that additional documentation was needed and that I should stay at home. They never contacted me again. I recently applied to Knight Transportation, and the same situation occurred. I was scheduled for training, but they later called to inform me that the training was canceled. I reached out to both companies asking why, specifically inquiring if there were any issues with my ID, SSN, or green card, but I received no response. I also requested an email outlining the reason for my disqualification, but no one has provided any information. I passed both the drug test and background check, and everything seemed to be in order, yet I’m still left uncertain about the reasons behind these cancellations. Currently, I am looking into other companies and considering Roehl Transport. I am unsure if they accept students from California and would greatly appreciate any information you can provide. If you are aware of any other PAID training companies that accept students from California or other states, please let me know. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response. Best regards,

Hello Mohammed,

Trying to figure out the hang so excuse me for asking this but do you have a common first and last name from your country of citizenship? In my prior career, credit applicants were ran through a federal database and their name could come up on international watchlists which 9 out of 10 times was mismatched identity. I am sure some of these major carriers have a similar background check. Just trying to figure out why you are getting the cold shoulder.
