several fender benders
Ah, I replied to your second post then saw this one. This indicates to me that you don't pay attention while you're driving in tight spaces. Having one or two "small" boo-boos are almost expected from new drivers with a still fresh CDL license. But you must learn from these accidents.
Your previous company figured you weren't learning so you are cut loose. Now, just like your credit score, your driving record files you in your DAC report. Your previous company pays the damages you caused, and they didn't like to do that too often.
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).
It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.
Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
Apply everywhere and see who bites. U may need to take less pay for a bit. Move on after a year of safe driving.
Going to discuss the elephant hanging out in the room....several fender benders.
I'd suggest developing a strategy to prevent several more fender benders from occurring. Actually any more fender benders from occurring.
If you can not identify why you keep having them, what you can do differently and why it's important to not have them, you may want to consider a different career path. I'm not saying that to be mean, just something to consider.
You have to take responsibility. Down playing an incident will not sit well qith the new company

No police report. I need help. I’m a new driver out of school. I spent a lot of time and money getting my CDL. I need to be working.
