Off the top of my head, my first thought was, "when" was the air filter replaced?? Diesels NEED clean air flow....more than a gas vehicle even.
I googled the codes, this 1 first, SPN 2631, indicates an issue with the engine's air intake flow, meaning the engine isn't getting enough clean air. As noted the others relate to the EGR system sensor/sensors, faulty or wire connector issues. Looks like you need a good mechanic to trouble shoot it all. Air filters have always been a big issue in diesels since way back when! It's better to have a NEW filter than a "cleaned" out 1
When I worked for Waste Management back in the 80's as an engine guy, we had a service come out monthly, and "clean" our dirty air filters, they usually didn't last, since they are just blow out with air pressure.
Continuing to operate it could create bigger issues/damages= big bucks $$
It does sound like the air filter is a starting point. You should change it at every service on that motor. I’m assuming it is either a DD13 or 15. Small air filter and easy to change.
Sometimes codes can set off a chain reaction, espically in the emissions system.
I would also look at the EGR system. Do you have any idea the last time it was flushed. A friend of mine had a similiar issue on a 579 Pete with a paccar engine. All his problems went away after the egr system was flushed/cleaned.
