Before I understood that the program is designed that you SHOULD look up the answer if you're not 100% positive - i.e. no guessing at all, even if you're just testing yourself to see if you can remember the correct answer - I was halted like 4 times. It's actually a really good habit to get into w/ any kind of studying, sometimes guessing reinforces incorrect answers - duh.
It's been awhile, but I think you'll need to basically continue through a series of questions until it 'passes' you. Then you can move on.
When you have been halted there will be a sentence that reads something like go over these review questions , after you have answered the questions right a few times you will be un halted and can continue on !
Also, make a habit of clicking on the "review" link so that the actual text where the question originated is displayed before you select the proper answer. This is not "cheating" and it reinforces the verbiage used on the test questions. When you do this, you can still have the correct question in your head FIRST and seeing the correct answer just reinforces the info in your head. That's how I did the two trips I made through the program and I BLEW through the DMV test when I took it. . .

I'm hard headed, so I've repeatedly missed a test question and been halted. How/when do I advance to the next page of the program?
