Pay the ticket. It is not a moving violation so you should be ok. I really don't think that would hurt you even if it is on your record.
One other thing. Pop your sister on her forehead and ask WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?

OK I'm freakining out. About a month ago, I let my sister use my car and she got a parking ticket with it and didn't tell me. I got a notice in the mail saying its late but it can still be taken care of. I'm worried this will affect getting my CDL if it goes on my record. It was a parking without consent moving violation in Buffalo NY. Its minor but I don't want to take any chances...what can I do? I'll pay it if I have to but can I get a judge to not put it on my record? I'm so paranoid...maybe I'm overreacting but this is scaring the crap out of me.
