We had a presentation from a recruiter on Tues. They seem like they have a lot of perks but the CPM seems lower. Good place to get experience?

CPM:

Cents Per Mile

Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.

I think Ernie worked for them. Any company your first year is going to be about the same from what I have been told. I am in my third month with my training company.
