First, thank you taking on this massive challenge. Forgive me if these things are already on the list. I might have missed them.
1. Do they offer a 401K? If so, what is the matching rate, if any? How long before you can sign up?
2. I'm finding that, in order to go to training, I'd have to get my CDL in my home state. In cases like these, what types of endorsements do they require? (I know getting all of them is a great thing to do, but some companies only require one or two.)

CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
