I am a single man considering a career as a professional driver. Since I may be spending 90 percent of my time on the road, it doesn't seem practical for me to maintain the expense of my current apartment. Renting a room seems like a good idea. Where do most driver's live when they are not driving? Are there specific websites for drivers who need need simple accommodations? What are the income tax considerations?
