Made Some Changes - Whatcha Think?

Ok, in order to fit more topics on the screen at once I made a number of changes to the main page. Basically it shows the same information as before but in a tighter format.

Instead of a blue button that says "commented" on any topic you've commented on, I've made a darker, wider border around the topic.

The only trouble right now with this format is it's a little tough to use on phones because the links are pretty tight together and you might "fat-finger" the wrong link. I intend to make a completely separate mobile version of this forum optimized for phones, but that won't be for a few weeks yet.

So what does everyone think? Does that main page of topics look a little better?

Looks better. I honestly dislike using my phone because its really easy to fat finger, but this new forum helps a lot. Can't complain about taking TT wherever I go lol. Nice job Brett!

Yeah, I'm gonna build a special version just for phones. I mean, it's really hard to build something that's going to work on everything from 4 inch touch screens to 30 inch cinema displays. Tablets will be just fine with this setup, but phones are so tiny it's gonna be a bit of a pain.

If need be I could use this in its current form on a phone. But there's a ton of people that use this forum every day from their phones so I'm gonna make a special version to accommodate them.

I like the new look too.

I like! Haven't had a chance to play with it on my phone, but I just blow up the screen size so I don't get the fat finger thing going.

If you're saying "have a symbol to show there was new activity on the thread, I've made the topic a different background color. It should appear to be more of a teal color instead of blue. Are you able to see it?

It's definitely usable on a decent mobile phone - especially one of the bigger screens. An iPhone with that 4 inch screen is kinda iffy. The best part about the Android phones is the speech-to-text. I tested that in this forum on my Android phone and on the iPad and it works great. That's huge. You can only type so much on a phone before you wanna throw it out the window.
