I'm up here at prime just arrive and gonna do flatbed but a lot of ppl r up here waiting on a instructor and Tnt one guy has been up here for 2 weeks. Does any one know any flatbed drives that do TnT? I would like to start trucking as soon as possible
From what I've hear, there aren't a lot of drivers for flatbed training. I'm not completely sure though..
What facilitie are you at?
Prime Inc has their own CDL training program and it's divided into two phases - PSD and TNT.
The PSD (Prime Student Driver) phase is where you'll get your permit and then go on the road for 10,000 miles with a trainer. When you come back you'll get your CDL license and enter the TNT phase.
The TNT phase is the second phase of training where you'll go on the road with an experienced driver for 30,000 miles of team driving. You'll receive 14¢ per mile ($700 per week guaranteed) during this phase. Once you're finished with TNT training you will be assigned a truck to run solo.

You can do refer PSD but if u wanna go solo flatbed you have to do flatbed TNT.... That's your best bet to getting a trainer. Not alot of psd flatbed trainers. Most flatbed guys do TNT only. ..

Prime Inc has a CDL training program and the first phase is referred to as PSD. You'll get your permit and then 10,000 miles of on the road instruction.
Prime’s PSD begins with you obtaining your CDL permit. Then you’ll go on the road with a certified CDL instructor for no less than 75 hours of one-on-one behind the wheel training. After training, you’ll return to Prime’s corporate headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, for final CDL state testing and your CDL license.

Hello and Welcome to Prime Inc...I'm finishing up my TNT phase and know one of the best ways for you to find a PSD and/or TNT trainer is to look for "John" he looks like a crocodile dundee type guy...he's been around a while at Prime and he knows a lot of Instructors so ask him if he knows of a Flat Bedder looking for a Student. Another thing you can do to set yourself apart from the masses and get a Trainer faster is be seen on the PAD, ask questions and show interest in whats going on...Practice the Pre Trip on the Trainers Trucks at the Pad and try to identify one you might want to be stuck with for 3 months....they'll be watching for Students who show an Interest and are self motivated. Good Luck, it's a blast.

If you are still interested in flat bed, you can look for a more specialized company whose primary focus is flat bed, such as Maverick, TMC, PGT, McElroy and others

That's funny right there. I would have thought the minute your agreed to lease your BP would have went sky high as it should have. Perhaps the thought of you are just one blown tire way from bankruptcy might do it.
Not saying you can succeed at leasing cause I did it two times and made money while doing it but then again 16 year of driving and 10 year having a hand in helping run a Fortune 500 company prepared me to run a business like a business.

Well I mean I will lease in the future I have to pay for my school first my buddy wants me to flatbed with his truck but I want at least one year experience
