Hey Kenneth. Sounds like what you're looking for is Company-Sponsored Training Programs. Follow that link to find information and reviews on the various companies. Now I'm not sure which companies hire out of North Carolina but each company has its hiring area listed.
Also, before making any decisions about getting into trucking, make sure you go through our Truck Driver's Career Guide. It has a mountain of important information that will help you understand how the industry works and guide you through making various choices.
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
A Company-Sponsored Training Program is a school that is owned and operated by a trucking company.
The schooling often requires little or no money up front. Instead of paying up-front tuition you will sign an agreement to work for the company for a specified amount of time after graduation, usually around a year, at a slightly lower rate of pay in order to pay for the training.
If you choose to quit working for the company before your year is up, they will normally require you to pay back a prorated amount of money for the schooling. The amount you pay back will be comparable to what you would have paid if you went to an independently owned school.
Company-sponsored training can be an excellent way to get your career underway if you can't afford the tuition up front for private schooling.

Hi, Every body thanks to all you that gave me that positive feed back in my earlier post, it is much appreciated. My new questions is I know there are a lot of companies that have a no hire/training zones for North Carolina. Do any of you know any Schools that have the same type of accelerated program like swift that would take me in, because I'm really trying to get into trucking and make moves. I want to be in somebody's school by the end of the month, meaning I'm not trying to go to a technical school for training in NC, but something that I can go for 3 to 4 weeks train and get on the road and start making that paper.
