With Most companies it varies from 1 year to 3 years of no license suspensions. Does not matter the reason why it was suspended. All that matters is that it was. You will need to call the companies you are interested in to find out what the will accept so far as time is concerned.
Prime's position is "No license suspension for points in the last three years" I had a suspension a year ago, that I had no idea about, until I requested my abstract from the DMV. Im looking to get my cdl and I have had my license suspended for outstanding fines but once I dicoverered I owed them I paid them right away within a month or two of reciving notice most came after I relocated and was a matter of not reciving mail to pay for my fines but with swift I read I can't have any suspension with 3 yrs and I belive that it has been less than three years
