Thank you, Sandman, for explaining that width exemption thing.....Go figure, the Feds will make an exception for a Conestoga Kit, but won't let us hook our chains or binder straps on the outside of the rub rail, or pockets....weird law...

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure.
