I run a lot of my dedicated loads up into the Northeast parts of the country. My back haul loads are generally designed just to get me back down South and then I'll deadhead from that destination to the SAPA plant I'm dedicated to in Delhi Louisiana. On a recent run that had it's final stop in Dayton Ohio, I was dispatched up to Belding, Michigan for this back haul load delivering directly to the plant in Delhi. This is some equipment used in their manufacturing process. It's part of what's known as a "rack and pack" system. It's used at the final process where the product is packed for shipping.

Deadhead:

To drive with an empty trailer. After delivering your load you will deadhead to a shipper to pick up your next load.

A bit boring to look at but we haul a lot of these, anywhere from loads ranging from 75k to around 86k putting the total weight at up to 120k.

One more load of that shiny stuff that comes out of the SAPA Hydro plant in Cressona, Pennsylvania. Due to a corporate buyout they've changed the name from SAPA to SAPA Hydro. Pronounced "Heedrow." It's some European company, and I guess they dont know that we say it "Hi drow." confused.gif0208245001516994990.jpg
