Stevens Transport

Hello got turned down today by stevens transport for to many tickets I have 2 red light light tickets in two years 2 speeding tickets in three years but one was dismissed. I am thinking about going to driving school to remove these tickets. Will this help ?

Martin, I'm not sure if that will help or not. How much over the limit are your speeding tickets? You will probably just need to wait another year or so, or you could try one of the companies that is not as strict like Western Express.

If you have a speeding ticket that is more than fifteen over the limit, it is going to be very difficult to get past that until about five years of a good clean driving record has gone by. A defensive driving course will not remove them from your record, at least not in a way that the trucking companies would not be able to find out about them.

When you get a speeding ticket that is fifteen over it is considered reckless driving, and there are some companies that won't touch you with that for a good long time. A few brief indiscretions can sometimes leave a bitter aftertaste for a long time.
