Has anyone heard anything about the Western Express refresher course? Any idea what the terms and conditions are?

Best place to find out would be to call them. Old School on here drives for them so he might know something.

Here's how it works - You will have about three days orientation, then you go out with a trainer for about two weeks or until he thinks you are ready. Then they pair you up with another driver in their refresher course and you will team drive with them for about a month. I don't know what the pay is, but I think it's about 400 bucks a week while with the trainer, and then I'm fairly confident you get mileage pay while team driving. A recruiter should be able to clarify the above information fairly easily though.
