The technique I was shown in school is similar to this and works fairly well ... Pull up far like explained in post Crank wheel to right to stop ... Back up till you see the first leg of the "V" in your left mirror ... Stop ... Straighten wheel ... continue backing till it is time to follow under slightly turning wheel to right to make it tighter or left slightly to loosen it up ... If a pull up is needed ... make sure it is at least 20 feet first hard left then hard right to boundary ... Then as you begin backing ... if you were too loose ... start backing by wheel slightly to right to tighten it up or ... if too tight then slightly to left to allow more room ... much easier to show maybe I will post a YouTube video of it ...
