I bought a Galaxy S5 and my old Bluetooth headset is not recognized by the new phone. I don't want to buy one, find out it isn't compatible, and then have to take it back. Those with the Galaxy S5......which noise cancelling headset are you using and what do you like about it?

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

If you look around most truckstops - you will find the BlueParrot series of headsets to be the most common.

I've been running one for about 4 years - can't even tell I'm in a moving vehicle with it.

The "full-size" over the head one BT-250XT, works better than the compact one Xpressway.

I own both, and prefer the larger BT-250 for the boom mic, and the fact that it stays put. A little on the pricey side - but I've been running my 4 year old one, with zero issues.

Thaks for the reply Rick. Yeah. I looked at the Blue Parrot's at Pilot today. 250+ on sale for $100, the 250 for 80. They had an MT-7000 for $80 also. Motor Trend brand. Ever heard anything about that model?

Hey there, I ordered this one and I'm waiting for it to ship in still. I've been buying trucking gear here and there in order to prepare for the road. I didn't want to be the angry truck guy at the terminal because of a 4 hour delay, so instead I figured I'd talk with family and my girlfriend during that time hands free :)

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
