Most of my experience is with dry van and tanker. I know I'll have to go out with a trainer.... Which companies will hire me considering my 1 year off?

Dry Van:

A trailer or truck that that requires no special attention, such as refrigeration, that hauls regular palletted, boxed, or floor-loaded freight. The most common type of trailer in trucking.

How much experience did you have before the year off? I've seen a lot of job postings specify "three years experience in the last five years"
