Got My CDL Class A Permit!

I just passed my air brakes test earlier today and its official, I have my permit and I start driving tomorrow morning!!!! I'm so excitted. We've already started our log books in school, im a little worried about remembering things to say on the pretrip inspection and what to say at the rail road tracks. GRRR I really look forward to driving the big rig though. We're going to practice straight lines and alley docks tomorrow. Any advice?

Congrats!! First off dont work your nerves up to the point you short circuit. Your netvous enough with the whole experience right now. You will pretrip that truck more than plenty to get a routine down. It will come and smooth out as you practice over and over and over.

and yes we do a pretip everyday at school in the morning.

Congrats! Took mine friday, yes , nervous as hell lol some of the questions were worded a bit differently than i saw on t the high road practice tests, but not so much that it was a problem its one step to our new career and a milestone be proud of yourself and know, you got through that, you WILL get through the rest! Be confident!
