How did you get your pre-hires? I'm contacting the companies below for pre-hire , but I don't know what to tell them, or if I should submit an application. Swift is increasing their CPM to 35 come Sep 1st btw due to driver demand, so if you are interested in working for them, as them about that. I'm looking for companies that are very staff and driver-focused because I'm worried I'm going to get thrown out there and not get the support I need, so that's all I can say. May seems like a good company, based out of Oregon. I wouldn't mind doing routes around that area, but for now I want to check out all of the US.

Robert thanks for the reply. I must admit I have some of the same concerns. As far as the pre-hire I submitted my applications online and received phone calls from each company recruiter. And thanks for the information on the tuition reimbursement.

I was seriously considering May Trucking the only reason I didn't is because of their strict idle policy. Other than that I think they would be great to drive for.

I have read as much as I can on the internet about both companies. I have a pre-hire from both companies and not quite sure which way to go. I understand that being new to the industry that I will have to "pay my dues" and I am more than willing to do so. I just want to make sure I am investing my time in a company that will reward that. Would anyone please let me know what your experience has been with either of these companies.
