Since September 2014, the school has been improving a lot. I am really happy about the development right now. The classroom instructor, Jorge, is great in what he is doing. Mat, Marco, and Claudia have been great instructors since I met them, but they are even improving the training since September. Their new instructor, Juan, has been a good addition. I've also appreciated the work of Cynthia and Candy very much. Especially, Candy keeps the whole thing very organized and professional.

Hi name is chance and I, like you, am a greenhorn or newbie to the trucking industry. I start school on the 8th of June 2015 here at the Richmond Va location. Even though I'm new, scared and anxious all at the same time. I'm ready for the challenge. Keep a positive attitude, commit yourself to bettering yourself and nothing will stand in your way. Just a few words of encouragement to let you know your not alone in being scared. But anytime you try something new you should be scared at least a little bit, but that fear can be the one thing that helps.... Just keep a positive attitude and all will be fine. Good luck to any who read this and God bless!
Anyone going to celadons training facility in Laredo Tx or has been there know how it is?

I finished my orientation the week before Christmas and am leaving otr with my trainer in a couple of hours. Are you waiting for a nonsmoking trainer? I hear those are hard to come by. A few people told me the best way to get a trainer is to make friends online and it's seemed to work for a couple people. The way i found a trainer was i made friends with a guy who was finishing the program when i was starting and he finished his otr training the week i was finishing orientation so i talked his trainer and he agreed to take me on. I'm not picky, though, as long as they're clean lol
