He is doing is hours and I have to say, both he and my son got mentors with lousy attitudes. Terrible they pay so much to be taken advantage of. Can't wait till it's over and they are on their own!

Welcome to TT, truckersgirl53 !!! and I gotta agree with you...good trainers are few and far between...most of them are lease operators, who need the extra $$ to make their truck payments...If they are company drivers who train and are bad....they are truly into it for the money..There are some great trainers out there, don't get me wrong...but they are hard to find. The good thing is, if you can learn all you can from them, and keep from choking them in their sleep for the weeks you are with them...you will finally get out on your own. Are your hubby and son planning on teaming ?? Thats where the real money is...teams can make some great bucks.....if they can get along...lol.
